Dennis Cardalisco

I have made art as far back as I can remember. My journey began with coloring for hours as a kid. Working with pencil drawings and paint by numbers, I moved on to clay modeling and pursued painting in oil and acrylics. I earned a fine arts degree at Mass College of Art and Design. I've pursued various occupations, yet art was a constant backdrop in my life; always simmering to find expression.I still find excitement and delight in the perennial bloom of art in my life.

Artist Statement

My paintings are abstract experimentation. Nature's colors fuel my process as layers create depth and atmosphere. I am always attempting to achieve unique design effects creating unprecedented luminosity. I find a relaxing joy, combining meditation and spiritual insight to find fragments of distinct imagery.
